Padstow

2024 - RESIDENTIAL - 573.8m²

This residential duplex in Padstow Heights, Sydney, features a modern garden designed for low maintenance and long-term sustainability. Our late-stage involvement in the project didn’t deter us from delivering a drought-tolerant, succulent-based landscape that requires no irrigation,
reducing ongoing costs for the client.

The garden design highlights stepping stones leading through a neat lawn, bordered by
sculptural succulents for texture and vibrancy. A striking water bowl at the entrance creates a
calming focal point, while the rooftop garden offers privacy and artistry with custom laser-cut
screens.

Despite tight timelines, we collaborated with arborists, architects, builders, and nursery
professionals to ensure smooth delivery. From planting selection to overseeing construction, our team ensured the project met the client’s vision of simplicity and elegance.

The result is a refined, sustainable landscape that enhances the architecture and provides
lasting beauty with minimal upkeep.
